OEM Process

We will discuss your requirements in detail, including design, desired delivery date, and target price. We will ask what kind of design, materials, and sewing you have in mind, and provide precise advice. We can also arrange the procurement of any specific materials you wish to use.

Based on your requirements, we compile the specifications and produce a sample at our factory. When the sample is completed, we present a formal quotation. Please note that sample lead time is approximately two weeks from the date of request.

You review the completed sample and check the design accuracy, product quality, materials, and more. After your review, we make any necessary revisions. If required, we will produce another sample.

You place your order after reviewing the sample. Once we receive the formal purchase order, we begin procuring the various materials and scheduling the production line. Lead time varies depending on quantity and product type, but is generally 45 to 60 days after the order is placed. *This is an estimate, so please consult us if you are in a hurry.

In addition to inspection at our factory, we can also arrange inspection by a third-party inspection agency upon your request. We maintain thorough quality control to the very end and deliver smoothly to your designated destination.
